About Bar Rouler
Bar Rouler is the catering division of Don's, a family-owned establishment in Henry, Louisiana. When we saw the same problem showing up at events across Acadiana, hosts piecing together bartenders, alcohol, mixers, and equipment from multiple vendors with no single point of accountability, we decided to build the solution.
Bar Rouler launched in 2025 to bring Don's hospitality off the bayou and into the events we love most: weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and community festivals across Lafayette and South Louisiana.
Over a decade of hospitality and events
Our founder brings over a decade of restaurant industry experience alongside years directing large-scale events and festivals at one of Lafayette's most prominent public parks. That means we understand this world from every angle - logistics, vendor coordination, venue rules and regulations, and what it actually takes to make a bar run smoothly under pressure. We've been on the inside of enough events to know exactly what hosts need and what venues expect.
All-inclusive and licensed to prove it
Most mobile bartenders in Lafayette will show up and pour - but sourcing the alcohol, mixers, ice, and supplies is left to you. Bar Rouler is different. As a fully licensed bar catering service holding both an ATC license and an offsite catering permit from the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control, we are legally permitted to supply and sell alcohol directly at your event. Premium spirits, wine, craft beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and drinkware — all included. One vendor, one invoice, zero stress.
Serving Lafayette and South Louisiana
Based in Lafayette, Bar Rouler serves weddings, private parties, corporate events, and festivals across Acadiana and South Louisiana - including Youngsville, Broussard, New Iberia, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas. Our mobile bar is fully self-contained with refrigeration and running water, ready to roll to your venue indoors or out.
